is a bilingual short that follows three womyn from different generations. Blending narrative and documentary styles, it’s a portrait film.
Lola, a teenager in Cuba, Oneida, a senior citizen in exile in Miami, Priscilla a 33 year old Cuban-American visiting Cuba for the first time.
Separated by an ocean and the wall of politics, do the challenges and dreams they experience on a daily basis unite these three strangers that come from opposite spectrums?
For her directorial debut, writer/director Priscilla Marrero
will bring artists from Cuba and the USA together. Her hope is for this story to help bridge the gaps between our divided nations.
The film will be shot in Havana and Miami, with post-production in NYC.
